Community Matters

For nearly 30 years, GR Production Services (GRPS) has operated across regional Australia — and giving back to the communities where we work has always been part of who we are. Our Community Matters program was established to fund and support grassroots initiatives in the regional areas where we work. Our focus: back the organisations making a real difference on the ground.

Where We Work
Most of our work happens in regional Australia — and so does our community investment. Here's where we show up.
Maranoa, Queensland

We partner with the South West Indigenous Network (SWIN) on Breakfast Club, the Western Rivers Cup and NAIDOC Week — supporting Indigenous kids, sport and cultural connection across the Roma district. We also back the Murri Catch Up & Yarn NAIDOC Community Luncheon, the South West Indigenous Business Expo, STEMPunks in local schools and the annual Maranoa Business Awards.
Gladstone, Queensland

We sponsor Clinton Football Club's community senior teams for the 2026 and 2027 seasons, support the Kids Zone at the Yaralla Gladstone Harbour Festival and participate in Dorrie Day — the region's premier First Nations Careers Expo connecting Indigenous students with employment and training pathways.
Darwin, Northern Territory
Proud Platinum Sponsor of the Ansett Basketball Club for five years — one of the NT's most iconic sporting institutions, founded in 1975 to help rebuild Darwin after Cyclone Tracy and still going strong today.
Dongara, Western Australia
Having worked in the Perth Basin since 2006, we sponsor the annual Dongara Golf Day — bringing the local energy and resources community together each year.
National Initiatives
Each year, our entire group — GRPS, GRES, Mipac and Paradigm — comes together for national campaigns that reflect our values.
