When Queensland Pacific Metals Energy (QPME) acquired the Moranbah Gas Project in 2023, GRPS was engaged to manage the transition and take on outsourced operations as registered operator. Within the first three months, daily production throughput was up 25% - the result of optimised extraction processes, advanced monitoring and predictive maintenance, and a shift from time-based to performance-based maintenance response.
