We are experienced in managing contract operations across a full range of hydrocarbon production and mineral processing assets - from supporting early development of Australian energy and resources projects, to leading-edge carbon capture and storage operations, to green hydrogen production assets. Not every client needs the same thing from an operations partner, so we don't offer a one-size-fits-all model. Depending on your requirements, we can provide short-term operational cover for leadership, permit authority, control room and field roles - experienced people who mobilise quickly and embed within your existing team. We can also supply long-term contract operational and maintenance roles, working seamlessly within your safety management systems.

With more than 400 employees and access to a casual workforce database of 1,400 qualified personnel, we can scale quickly to backfill incumbent teams during major projects, turnarounds or planned leave - reducing training time and keeping your operation running at full strength. Our 30 years' experience across major hazard facilities has made us a trusted partner to some of Australia's largest LNG operators.
