Cameron Wills | Chief Executive Officer

Cameron bring nearly 30 years of experience across the oil, gas, mining, and energy sectors. With a strong background in project management and operations, he leads GRPS with a clear commitment to safety, operational excellence, and delivering meaningful value to clients. Since joining the business in 2007, Cameron has held key executive roles overseeing major operational portfolios in coal seam gas, offshore and onshore drilling, conventional and offshore oil and gas production facilities management, and emerging areas such as green hydrogen production and carbon capture and storage. His strategic, people‑centred leadership has been instrumental in strengthening GRPS' operational capability and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with department heads from sister companies GR Engineering Services and Mipac, he has helped drive collaboration, alignment, and shared success across the GR Group of companies.

Cameron holds a Master of Business Administration and is dedicated to fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting the long‑term success of GR Production Services and its people.

Josh Harrison | General Manager, Operations & Maintenance West

Josh is an accomplished operations leader with deep experience in driving production performance, cost efficiency and HSEQ excellence across both conventional and unconventional oil and gas environments. Since joining GR Production Services in 2017, he has held senior operational roles including Production Superintendent and WA/NT Field Operations Manager. Based in the Darwin Hub, Josh now leads the West operations business, focusing on building regional capability, expanding service offerings and strengthening partnerships with clients, industry and local communities.
  

Andy Bull | General Manager, Operations & Maintenance East

Andy is a seasoned leader with extensive international petrochemical experience, having held senior reliability, maintenance and operations roles with ExxonMobil in the UK and Ampol in Brisbane. He joined GR Production Services in 2020 and now oversees client service agreements across the Eastern Region. Andy is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable and cost‑effective operations and maintenance solutions that enhance asset performance and support client goals.

Nadine Dulnuan | Marketing & Communications Manager

Nadine is a senior marketing and communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, professional services and tourism. She specialises in brand strategy and content that strengthens engagement and elevates organisational presence. Since joining GR Production Services, Nadine has led the company’s marketing and communication activities, managed the Community Matters program which supports community initiatives and is involved in driving business development. She is committed to delivering clear, strategic and impactful communication that brings the GRPS story to life.

Greg Chrisfield | National HSSEQ Manager

Greg is a highly experienced HSSEQ leader with over two decades of work across high‑risk industries including utilities, energy, oil and gas, EPCM and asset management. He joined GR Production Services in 2022, bringing senior leadership experience from organisations such as QGC, Buru Energy, Oil Search, Ausenco and Morris Corporation. As National HSSEQ Manager, Greg leads the company’s HSSEQ strategy, governance and assurance, overseeing compliance, certifications and business‑wide auditing programs. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and a Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional.

Karen Brockwell | HR Manager

Karen brings extensive HR experience across diverse industries, including over a decade in the energy and resources sector and in businesses with nationwide operations. She has a strong track record of partnering with business leaders to drive practical, people-focused solutions that align with commercial goals. One of Karen's core beliefs is that great workplaces are built on a foundation of trust, accountability and genuine connection, where people feel valued, supported and empowered to contribute. With deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, employee and industrial relations, workforce planning, training and compliance, Karen combines strategic insight with commercial acumen to deliver tangible results. As HR Team Lead, Karen plays a pivotal role in supporting GRPS’ continued growth and ensuring our people remain at the centre of our success.

Marc Chable | General Manager Advisory

Marc is a highly capable engineering and operations leader with nearly 25 years of oilfield experience across Australia, the United Kingdom, Russia, India and Malaysia. He joined GR Production Services in 2010 and has since held roles including General Manager, Projects and Facilities Engineering and Regional Manager for Victoria. Now leading Advisory, Marc draws on deep technical knowledge in onshore and offshore engineering, project development and operations management to strengthen GRPS’ specialist advisory capability. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Monash University.

Jenny Patten  | Finance & Commercial Manager

Jenny is a Chartered Accountant with extensive audit, assurance and financial leadership experience across Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining GR Production Services, she held senior roles at Deloitte, leading complex engagements across industries including oil and gas, mining, energy technologies and financial services. She is recognised for her strengths in financial reporting, governance, risk management and stakeholder management. At GRPS, Jenny plays a key role in strengthening the company’s financial stewardship and organisational governance. She is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Gaurang Joshi | Head of Delivery – Energy Projects

Gaurang is a senior project delivery and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience across Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Hydrogen and Infrastructure sectors. A Chemical Engineer with an MBA, and accreditations of CPEng and RPEQ, he brings strong techno‑commercial capability and deep multi‑disciplinary project expertise. His career spans leading complex capital programs, engineering governance, technical assurance and overseeing PMO along with organisational performance improvements across Australia’s leading energy organisations such as Senex, Santos, ARTC Inland Rail and GPA Engineering. He is recognised for building high‑performing delivery systems, strengthening governance and improving value and performance. In his role as Head of Delivery at GRPS, Gaurang leads our project delivery portfolio across the energy value chain and strengthening our engineering and construction capability to support continued growth.
