Yesterday first gas flowed for Tamboran Resources Corporation and Daly Waters Energy at the Beetaloo Basin, one of the largest shale gas discoveries in the world. It's a landmark moment for the Northern Territory and for the future of Australia's energy and resources sector.
GR Production Services is proud to be part of the Tamboran and Daly Waters team as regulated operator of the Sturt Plateau Compression Facility. Our people are on the ground and delivering operations and maintenance services as this next chapter begins.
The occasion was marked onsite, with Northern Territory Chief Minister Lia Finocchiaro and government officials in attendance. With the Beetaloo set to supply the Northern Territory's domestic electricity grid, this is more than a first flow of gas. It's the start of unlocking the full potential of one of the world's most significant gas basins, and we're excited to be part of the journey ahead.
