Upstream PS appoints David Francis as General Manager Projects East
Upstream Production Solutions (Upstream PS) is delighted to announce the appointment of David Francis to the role of General Manager Projects East.
David brings a wealth of green and brownfield capital project delivery experience, including design, construction, and commissioning as well as substantial business and planning management expertise.
David has over 22 years of managerial and project delivery experience in the oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore. David has worked for engineering and project delivery services companies and EPC delivery companies including Wood (previously Wood Group), KBR, PSN and Worley (previously Worley Parsons). David has also led large and small engineering teams in the feasibility, concept and FEED phases of both small and large oil and gas projects for operators such as ExxonMobil, Caltex (Ampol Australia), BP, and Shell.
