Scope of Work
The Ichthys LNG project stands out as one of the most notable ventures in the global oil and gas industry. This energy initiative is a collaborative effort involving INPEX group entities as the Operator, along with major partner TotalEnergies and the Australian subsidiaries of CPC Corporation Taiwan, Tokyo Gas, Osaka Gas, Kansai Electric Power, JERA and Toho Gas.
Situated approximately 220 kilometres offshore Western Australia and 820 kilometres southwest of Darwin, the Ichthys Field spans an area of roughly 800 square kilometres, with water depths averaging around 250 meters. Estimated to hold over 12 trillion cubic feet of gas and 500 million barrels of condensate, the Ichthys Field marks a significant resource in the region.
ADDED VALUE
GRPS are engaged by INPEX to provide operations and maintenance support services to the Ichthys LNG upstream and downstream facilities.
The scope of work involves providing production and technical roles to INPEX to supplement their business and support for maintenance shutdown planning and execution on all facilities.
