SCOPE OF WORK
The Puffin field was a fast-tracked marginal field project consisting of a multi-well subsea field development producing to the Front Puffin FPSO. During development phase, Upstream PS managed the design, procurement and installation of subsea facilities as well as conversion engineering. Upstream PS became the Registered Operator once the field moved into Non-Production Phase. We maintained site safety case and oil spill contingency plans, cost effectively managing operational aspects of well abandonment, field inspections, maintain regulatory reporting and associated liaison.
