Our own HSEQ Manager Greg Chrisfield presented our Process Safety Fundamentals Campaign alongside some of the biggest names in the Australian energy sector — including Woodside and Beach Energy. To be sharing the floor and talking about something we worked hard to build, meant a great deal to us.
What made this campaign stand out for us? It wasn't driven from the top and handed down. We brought everyone on the journey - from our leadership team right through to our frontline staff. What we achieved during our campaign was a greater awareness of process safety and ultimately our role in preventing catastrophic events. Because when it's all said and done, it comes back to something very simple - we want everyone to go home at the end of each day. To walk through their front door. To sit down with their family.
