PROJECT OVERVIEW
Santos is one of Australia’s biggest domestic gas suppliers and a leading Asia-Pacific LNG supplier. With its origins in the Cooper Basin, Santos has one of the largest exploration and production acreages in Australia and extensive infrastructure and is committed to supplying the domestic markets, unlocking resources and driving value and performance.
The Cooper Basin is a conventional gas and oil field spanning across North-Eastern SA and South-West QLD. Gas produced from this field is processed at Moomba Plant and exported to the domestic market via transmission pipelines. Oil produced from this field is pumped to a processing plant in Port Bonython and exported overseas.
ADDED VALUE
GRPS are engaged by Santos to provide ongoing qualified tradespersons to complete a variety of routine maintenance and project work in the Cooper Basin Upstream fields.
The scope includes a skilled team complete with specialised tools and equipment executing base business maintenance activities, as well as an ad-hoc support to scale up and down for specific campaigns.
Throughout various stages of the contract, GRPS work with Santos to coordinate additional resources for set periods of time to execute dedicated work scopes as a rolling campaign.
Our skilled maintenance engineers and technical service personnel provide preventative, rotating equipment, shutdown, specialist and safety critical maintenance services.
Our field-based teams including specifically designed service fleet allow us to cater for the remoteness of the Cooper Basin with regards to management of all oil, spares and consumables to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
